Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Chenzhou is a luxury hotel brand under the Wyndham Hotel Group, jointly invested and constructed by Chenzhou City Development Investment Group Co., Ltd. The hotel was opened on January 28, 2015 and is located at the north foot of Wangxian Mountain,an ecological park in the east of Chenzhou City , at the intersection of Chenzhou Avenue and Xueyuan Road, adjacent to the Chenzhou Sports Center and Xiangnan University. 
The hotel is only 4 kilometers away from the entrance of the Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway and 16 kilometers away from the high-speed railway station. There are many attractions nearby include Wangxian Mountain, Dongjiang Lake, the Sports Center, and the Convention and Exhibition Center. The hotel's luxurious facilities, convenient transportation, and spacious view make it a prestigious venue for business and leisure guests.

The building is 82.5 meters high with a total of 23 floors (two underground floors and 21 above ground floors).
